Join a club, manage members, create groups, and assign homework.

Club work vs trainings

Shareable trainings and club homework are different tools. In a club, coaches assign homework/lessons to groups. You cannot “assign a Training entity” to a club — share a link or QR instead.

Creating a club

Only a platform admin can create a club. The creator automatically gets the club role Creator.

Regular users cannot create clubs — join via request or be added by club leadership.

Joining a club

  1. Sign in and open the dashboard.
  2. Open join club and pick a club from available ones.
  3. Submit a request (optional message).
  4. Wait for creator/director approval.

Only one pending request per club. After approval you get a role (default: student).

Approving and rejecting requests

Available to club creator, director, and platform admin in the club management UI.

  1. Open join requests.
  2. Approve (optionally choose role, often student) or reject.

Members and club roles

  • Any member can list members.
  • Add users, change roles, update club — creator, director, or platform admin.
  • Creator role cannot be assigned on add, and cannot be removed/changed for the current creator.
  • Who can remove whom depends on your role (see Roles & permissions).

Groups inside a club

A group belongs to a club and is tied to a trainer. Add club students, then assign homework/lessons.

  1. Trainer, director, or creator creates a group.
  2. A trainer can only create a group for themselves; director/creator may assign another trainer.
  3. Only club students can be added to a group.
  4. Update/delete group — that group’s trainer or director/creator.

Homework and lessons

  • An assignment is one task + one group; type is time-based or correctness-based.
  • Trainers (own groups), directors, and creators can create assignments/lessons.
  • Students solve them in the student dashboard (not /training/.../solve).

Typical student flow

  1. Sign in.
  2. Open the student dashboard.
  3. Complete group homework/lessons.
  4. Optionally solve a shared training link from the coach.

Typical trainer flow

  1. Sign in and open club management (trainer tabs).
  2. Check group membership; add students if needed.
  3. Assign homework or a lesson to the group.
  4. For class/Zoom — build a training and share link/QR.
  5. Review training results via results link; club homework in the dashboard.
